BEYTON SWIMMING CLUB

Beyton Swimming Club was formed in 1969, with founder members helping to dig the necessary hole (25 metres long and 1 metre deep at the shallow end and 2.3 metres at the deep end)!  After 38 years we are still going strong with emphasis on family membership.  The heated, open-air pool is open from the end of May to the beginning of September each year and has an adjoining grassy area where you can relax and sunbathe after your swim.  Changing facilities and showers are available.

Membership is open to all residents of Beyton and surrounding villages and the Club caters for both serious swimmers and those who enjoy a more relaxing time.  A portion of the pool is roped off for those who like to swim lengths.  A lifeguard and supervisor is on duty at all times.
